John Dormer & Associates (JDAA) was formed in 1983 by John Dormer and became the first Count Practice in the ACT. Andrew Fernance (B.Comm, CA)
and Nunziante Losanno (B.Comm, CA, DipFS) became Principals of JDAA in 2007 and have continued the success of JDAA by providing innovative solutions
and a wide range of services to a diverse client base.

Principals

Andrew Fernance Andrew is a Chartered Accountant and a Registered Tax Agent. Andrew has worked for some of Canberra's leading firms. In that time he has helped clients with their Business and Taxation matters. Andrew specialises in advising businesses and handling complicated Taxation matters, including complicated business structuring. Andrew also has over 18 years experience with Self Managed Superannuation Funds. Andrew has been a facilitator with the Institute of Chartered Accountants for the CA program, in Taxation Law and Management Accounting.

Nunziante Losanno Nunz is a Chartered Accountant and Financial Advisor. Nunz has worked in the areas of Finance and Banking, Accountancy and Taxation and has specialised in Financial Planning. Nunz has been a facilitator with the Institute of Chartered Accountants for the CA program. As an Authorised Representative of Count Wealth Accountants Nunz assists clients reaching their financial goals in the most tax effective manner.
